1. We do online shopping for worldwide.
2. All the customers need to fill in the order form if you want to make an order.
3. An email will be sent within 24 hours to confirm your order with total amount.
4. For pre-order & in-stock items, all payments must be received within 5 days after confirming the order. If the payment has not received within 5 days, your order will be cancelled. We only accept "Paypal' as payment method. If you haven't sign up with Paypal, please sign up at http://www.paypal.com.
5. All the prices are displayed in Brunei Dollars ( same rate as Singapore Dollars).
6. Once your payment has been made, there is no refund or cancellation of order. Unless the quantity of stock does not meet customers' order, customers may choose other items or to refund or use the remaining balance for your next order. Please inform us through email after the transactions have been made.
7. Normally, customers will receive their goods within 14-18 days once the payment is confirmed. We need patience from the customers while waiting for the shipment to arrive.
8. We will notify you through email or sms once the shipment is arrived. Goods will be sent to your preferred mailing address by post.
9. All the items pass high standard inspection to ensure strict quality assurance as well as reduce defective returning problems.
